Text

Excessive campaign contribution is:

(a)Intentionally making any contribution in violation of any provision of K.S.A. 25-4153, or
(b)intentionally accepting any contribution made in violation of any provision of K.S.A. 25-4153. Excessive campaign contribution is a class A misdemeanor.
