Text
Whenever any person's vote shall be received after having subscribed the application for registration pursuant to subsection (b) of K.S.A. 25-409, and amendments thereto, it shall be the duty of the clerks of the election to write on the poll books, at the end of such person's name, the word "Sworn"; and the ballot shall be numbered on the upper right hand corner to correspond with the person's name on the poll books.
