Text
Upon completion of any intermediate canvass the abstract, properly certified, shall be promptly transmitted to the secretary of state or such other officer as it is provided by law for the same to be transmitted. Every such transmittal shall be made by secure electronic transmission, registered mail or by a messenger designated by the county board of canvassers or the secretary of state.
