§ 25-306c — Certificates of nomination; public inspection
Kansas·Ch. 25 ELECTIONS·Art. 3 INDEPENDENT AND OTHER NOMINATION CERTIFICATES; TERMS OF OFFICE; FILLING VACANCIES
Upon the filing thereof, all certificates of nomination shall be open to public inspection. The secretary of state or the county election officer having charge of such certificates shall retain such certificates for at least one year following the date of the election.
