§ 25-2429 — Destruction of election papers

Kansas·Ch. 25 ELECTIONS·Art. 24 ELECTION CRIMES
Destruction of election papers is intentionally destroying any certificate of nomination or nomination papers or any letter of withdrawal of a candidate. Destruction of election papers is a severity level 9, nonperson felony.
