§ 25-2424 — False impersonation as party officer

False impersonation as party officer is willfully and falsely representing oneself to be an officer of any political party organization or committeeman or committeewoman thereof with the intent to deceive any person or to influence in any way the outcome of any election. False impersonation as party officer is a class A misdemeanor.
