§ 25-2414 — Possessing false or forged election supplies

Possessing false or forged election supplies is possessing any falsely made, altered, forged or counterfeit poll book, tally lists or election returns of any election in this state with the intent to hinder or prevent a fair election. Possessing false or forged election supplies is a severity level 9, nonperson felony.
