Text
Notwithstanding any provision of K.S.A. 25-213, and amendments thereto, there shall be printed upon the official primary election ballots the following heading (in lieu of the heading otherwise provided by law) when the governor and lieutenant governor are to be nominated:
OFFICIAL PRIMARY ELECTION BALLOT ______________ Party
"To vote for persons for governor and lieutenant governor whose names are printed on the ballot make a cross or check mark in the square to the left of the names of the persons running together for such offices.
"To vote for a person (except governor and lieutenant governor) whose name is printed on the ballot make a cross or check mark in the square to the left of the name of the person for whom you desire to vote. To vote for a person whose name is not printed on th
