§ 25-203 — Date of primary election for national, state, county and township offices

Kansas·Ch. 25 ELECTIONS·Art. 2 PRIMARY ELECTIONS
The primary national, state, county and township election shall be held on the first Tuesday of August in even-numbered years for the nomination of all candidates to be voted for at the next following general election.
