§ 25-2010 — School district elections; conduct by county election officer; dates of primary and general elections specified

Kansas·Ch. 25 ELECTIONS·Art. 20 SCHOOL DISTRICT ELECTIONS
Election of board members and question submitted elections shall be conducted by the county election officer of the home county of the school district. Board member general elections shall be held on the Tuesday following the first Monday in November of odd-numbered years. A primary election shall be held on the first Tuesday in August of odd-numbered years.
