Text

If the territory included in the change constitutes one or more civil townships, the bonds of all the officers therein that are required to be filed or approved by any county officer shall be transmitted by a copy duly certified by the officer having charge thereof to the same office in the county to which the territory is attached; which said bonds shall be of the same effect and validity as if originally filed in such office.
