Text

That at said election separate ballots shall be cast on the question of changing the boundary lines of said counties, which ballots shall have written or printed thereon the words "For changing county boundaries," or "Against changing county boundaries"; for which ballots a separate box shall be kept; and a return of said votes shall be made to the board of county canvassers, and canvassed as provided by law for other returns.
