The county of Morris is bounded as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of section three (3), in township fourteen (14) south, range eight (8), east of the sixth principal meridian; thence east on township line, to the northeast corner of township fourteen (14) south, range nine (9) east; thence south on range line, to the southeast corner of township seventeen (17) south, range nine (9) east; thence west to the southwest corner of township seventeen (17) south, range five (5) east; thence north on range line to the northwest corner of section thirty (30), township fourteen (14) south, range five (5) east; thence east on section lines, to the southeast corner of section twenty (20), in same township; thence north on section lines, to north line of said township fourteen (14) south,
