The county of Lyon is bounded as follows: Commencing on the west line of Osage county, at the corner to sections fourteen, fifteen, twenty-two and twenty-three of township fifteen south, of range thirteen east; thence west on section lines and the south line of Wabaunsee county, to the east line of range nine east; thence south along said range line, to the north line of township twenty-two south; thence east on said township line, to the section line between the second and third tiers of sections in range thirteen east; thence north with the section lines, to a point twenty rods south of the one-fourth corner on the west line of section fourteen, township twenty, range thirteen; thence east, parallel to the east-and-west middle line of said section, to the middle of the Neosho river; then
