That the county of Lane be bounded as follows: Commencing at a point where the south line of township twenty south crosses the east line of range thirty-one west; thence running east on said township line, to the east line of range twenty-seven west; thence north on said range line, to the south line of township fifteen south; thence west on said township line, to the east line of range thirty-one west; thence south on said range line, to the south line of township twenty south, the place of beginning.
