The county of Labette is bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the sixth standard parallel where the west line of Cherokee neutral lands crosses said sixth standard parallel; thence south along said west line, to the southern boundary of the state; thence west along the southern boundary of the state, to a point where the east boundary of the present Osage reserve meets the southern boundary of the state; thence north along said east boundary of the present Osage reserve, to the sixth standard parallel; thence east along said sixth standard parallel, to the place of beginning: Provided, That the same shall be the boundaries of Labette county, unless the same shall be changed by the provisions of section twelve of this bill; and in the event of the adoption of the said provisions, th
