Kansas·Ch. 18 COUNTIES·Art. 1 NAMES AND BOUNDARIES OF COUNTIES
That the spelling of the name of the county of Kearney be corrected so as to conform to the spelling of the name of Gen. Phil Kearny, of New Jersey, in whose honor the county was so named, and be hereafter spelled Kearny.
