Text
The annual meeting of the qualified electors of a community building district shall be held on the first Thursday of May each year. Notice of the annual meeting shall be given by the board of directors by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in said district, said publication to be not less than five (5) nor more than ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting. The notice shall state the time and place of such meeting. A copy of such notice shall be posted on the door of the community building if said district owns a community building for at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting.
