Text

If the court finds the decision of the board is lawful and reasonable, it shall render judgment sustaining the decision. The clerk of the court shall transmit to the board three certified copies of the judgment of the court. In such event, the board's rate decision will go into effect as of the date such decision was made. If the court finds the decision of the board is unlawful or unreasonable in whole or in part and vacates or sets aside the decision in whole or in part, the court shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law. Upon final judgment, the clerk of the court shall transmit to the board three certified copies of the judgment of the court and the findings of fact and conclusions of law.
