Text
The board shall hold meetings regularly at least once in each week and shall designate the time and place thereof. It shall adopt its own rules of procedures and keep a record of its proceedings. All meetings, records and accounts of the board shall be public. Four (4) members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and any action by the board shall require an affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members thereof. The salary of the members of the board of public utilities shall be one hundred dollars ($100) per month, and such members shall be entitled to their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as members of the board of public utilities, but only if such expenses are verified by receipts which shall be available for inspectio
