Text
Not later than July 1, 2021, the bureau shall do the following:
(1)Carry out the administration of programs and activities
concerning the reinstatement of driving privileges for individuals
described in this chapter.
(2)Advise and collaborate with the department of correction
regarding the provision of appropriate programs and services for
the reinstatement of driving privileges for individuals described
in section 2 of this chapter.
(3)Designate a liaison between the bureau and the department of
correction for purposes of fulfilling section 1 of this chapter.
