Text
On the filing of a petition for judicial review
under this chapter, the cause shall be docketed by the clerk of the court
in the name of the petitioner against the bureau. The issues shall be
considered closed by denial of all matters at issue without the necessity
of filing any further pleadings. The bureau is not liable or taxable for
any cost in any action for judicial review under this chapter.
