Text
A person aggrieved by a violation of this chapter may recover the actual damages sustained, together with costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The court may increase the award of damages to:
(1)an amount not to exceed three (3) times the actual damages
sustained; or
(2)two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500);
whichever is greater.
