§ 9-32-9-26 — Commencement of prosecution; information or indictment
The prosecution of a recycling facility,
automotive salvage rebuilder, insurance company, or individual
suspected of violating this section may be instituted by the filing of an
information or indictment in the same manner as other criminal cases
are commenced.
