§ 9-32-9-25 — Articles seized under warrant; replevin or other process
A major component part seized under this
chapter and any other article found on the searched premises and taken
under a warrant issued under section 22 of this chapter may not be
taken from the custody of the person who served the warrant by a writ
of replevin or other process while proceedings are pending.
