Text
(a)An automotive salvage recycler licensed in
Indiana must have an established place of business in Indiana
conducting the business that is the basis for the license. An established
place of business that performs only ministerial tasks is not considered
to be conducting business.
(b)An automotive salvage recycler that violates this section
commits a Class A infraction.
