Text
(a)The records required under section 15 of
this chapter must be available to, and produced at the request of, a
police officer or an authorized agent of the secretary of state under this
chapter.
(b)An automotive salvage recycler that fails to make available or
produce the records described under section 15 of this chapter for a
police officer or an authorized agent of the secretary of state commits
a Class A infraction.
