§ 9-32-9-12 — Reassignment of certificate of salvage title; violation
(a)A dealer licensed under this article may
reassign a certificate of salvage title one (1) time without applying to
the bureau for the issuance of a new certificate of salvage title.
(b)A dealer that violates this section commits a Class A infraction.
