Text
(a)A person that knowingly or intentionally
operates a watercraft displaying:
(1)a temporary license plate issued under section 7 of this chapter
that is altered or reproduced; or
(2)a license plate that purports to be a temporary license plate
issued under section 7 of this chapter;
commits a Class C misdemeanor.
(b)A person that, with the intent to defraud, obtains an altered
temporary license plate described in subsection (a) commits a Class C
misdemeanor.
