Text
(a)A watercraft dealer license issued under this
chapter shall be issued and expires based on the business name of the
watercraft dealer as set forth in IC 9-32-11-12.5.
(b)If a watercraft dealer license is lost or destroyed, the watercraft
dealer must apply for a replacement watercraft dealer license in the
form and manner prescribed by the secretary.
