§ 9-32-8-2 — Watercraft and trailer sales; license
A person that sells, offers to sell, or advertises for sale at least six (6):
(1)watercraft;
(2)trailers that are:
(A)designed and used exclusively for the transportation of
watercraft; and
(B)sold in general association with the sale of watercraft; or
(3)items set forth in both subdivisions (1) and (2);
within a twelve (12) month period must be licensed under this article.
