§ 9-32-7-3 — Disposition of fee revenues

All money collected by the secretary from manufacturers, distributors, dealers, automobile auctions, manufacturer representatives, distributor representatives, transfer dealers, converter manufacturers, or automotive mobility dealers for licenses, endorsements, and permit fees under IC 9-32-11 shall be deposited as follows:
(1)Thirty percent (30%) to the dealer compliance account
established by section 1 of this chapter.
(2)Forty percent (40%) to the motor vehicle highway account
under IC 8-14-1.
(3)Twenty percent (20%) to the state police department, and this
amount is continuously appropriated to the department for its use
in enforcing odometer laws.
(4)Ten percent (10%) to the attorney general, and this amount is
continuously appropriated to the attorney general for use in
enforcing
