Text
(a)A record directly related to the use of
interim license plates by a dealer must be:
(1)made available to an investigating employee of the secretary:
(A)upon demand; and
(B)during reasonable business hours; and
(2)provided:
(A)at the established place of business of the dealer;
(B)electronically; or
(C)by mail.
(b)A dealer shall produce the records in the manner requested by
the investigating employee of the secretary.
