Text
(a)A person who knowingly or intentionally
operates a motor vehicle displaying:
(1)an interim license plate issued under section 11 of this chapter
that is altered or reproduced; or
(2)a license plate that purports to be an interim license plate
issued under section 11 of this chapter;
commits a Class C misdemeanor.
(b)A person that knowingly and with the intent to defraud obtains
an altered interim license plate described in subsection (a) commits a
Class C misdemeanor.
