§ 9-32-6-10 — License plate use prohibited on leased vehicles
(a)Dealer license plates may not be used on
a motor vehicle that:
(1)is required to be registered; and
(2)has a fee charged by dealers to others for the use of the motor
vehicle.
(b)A person who violates this section commits a Class A infraction.
