Text

A dealer must have:

(1)a certificate of title;
(2)an assigned certificate of title;
(3)a manufacturer's certificate of origin;
(4)an assigned manufacturer's certificate of origin; or
(5)other proof of ownership or evidence of right of possession as determined by the secretary; for a motor vehicle or watercraft in the dealer's possession.
