§ 9-32-3-13 — Acceptable forms of identification
The following are acceptable forms of identification for purposes of section 7 of this chapter:
(1)An unexpired driver's license.
(2)An unexpired identification card issued under IC 9-24-16-1,
photo exempt identification card issued under IC 9-24-16.5, or
similar card issued under the laws of another state or the federal
government.
(3)An unexpired government issued document bearing an image
of the individual requesting the information.
