Text
"Automotive salvage rebuilder" means a person that:
(1)acquires salvage vehicles for the purpose of restoring,
reconstructing, or rebuilding the vehicles; and
(2)resells, offers to resell, or advertises for resale the vehicles for
use on the highway.
