Text
"Watercraft dealer" means a person that sells, offers to sell, or advertises the sale of at least six (6):
(1)watercrafts;
(2)trailers designed and used exclusively for the transportation of
watercrafts; or
(3)trailers sold in general association with the sale of watercrafts;
within a period of twelve (12) months.
