Text
"Stop sale directive" means a notification issued by a manufacturer or distributor stating that a new or used vehicle in inventory may not be sold or leased at retail or wholesale due to:
(1)a federal safety recall for:
(A)a defect; or
(B)a noncompliance; or
(2)a federal emissions recall.
