Text
(a)"Personal information" means
information that identifies an individual, including an individual's:
(1)digital photograph or image;
(2)Social Security number;
(3)driver's license or identification document number;
(4)name;
(5)address;
(6)telephone number; or
(7)medical or disability information.
(b)The term does not include:
(1)the name of a dealer owner;
(2)the name of a representative of a:
(A)manufacturer; or
(B)distributor;
(3)the name of the zoning official who signed a dealer license
application or zoning affidavit related to a dealer license
application;
(4)the name of the lessor of a dealer's established place of
business;
(5)the name of a dealer's registered agent; or
(6)the name, address, or telephone number of the established
place of business of a:
(A)busine
