Text
As used in this chapter, "coerce" means threatening to:
(1)terminate, cancel, or refuse to renew a recreational vehicle
dealer agreement without good cause; or
(2)withhold product lines or delay product delivery in order to
obtain an amendment to a recreational vehicle dealer agreement.
