§ 9-32-19-15 — "Recreational vehicle distributor"

As used in this chapter, "recreational vehicle
distributor" means a person, other than a recreational vehicle
manufacturer, that is engaged in the business of selling new
recreational vehicles to recreational vehicle dealers in the state, or the
officers, agents, or employees of the person.
