§ 9-32-19-12 — "Proprietary part"

As used in this chapter, "proprietary part" means a part for a recreational vehicle that is:
(1)manufactured by or for the recreational vehicle manufacturer;
and
(2)sold exclusively by the recreational vehicle manufacturer.
