Text
A person who violates this article, a rule
established under this article, or an order issued by the secretary under
this article is subject to a civil penalty of up to ten thousand dollars
($10,000) for each act of violation. Civil penalties recovered under this
section shall be paid to the state and deposited into the dealer
enforcement account established by IC 9-32-7-2.
