§ 9-32-13-3 — Willful failure of dealer to perform warranty obligations
It is an unfair practice for a dealer to willingly
fail to perform the obligations imposed on the dealer in connection with
the warranty agreement of the manufacturer or distributor applicable
to any motor vehicle sold by the dealer.
