§ 9-32-11-9 — Automotive mobility dealers; display, inventory, advertising, and offering for sale adapted motor vehicles and watercraft
An automotive mobility dealer licensed and endorsed under this article is entitled to:
(1)display;
(2)inventory;
(3)advertise;
(4)offer for sale; or
(5)do any combination of subdivisions (1) through (4)
concerning;
any adapted motor vehicle or watercraft.
