§ 9-32-11-25 — "Recreational vehicle shows"
(a)This section applies to a recreational
vehicle show held on a Sunday.
(b)A recreational vehicle show must include two (2) or more
recreational vehicle dealers and occur offsite from a recreational
vehicle dealer's place of business.
(c)At a recreational vehicle show, a recreational vehicle dealer may
display or sell a line make only in the recreational vehicle dealer's area
of sales responsibility.
(d)If a recreational vehicle dealer fails to provide adequate
representation at a recreational vehicle show, a recreational vehicle
manufacturer may assign the rights to participate in the sanctioned
recreational vehicle show to another recreational vehicle dealer.
(e)A recreational vehicle manufacturer may designate recreational
vehicle dealer participation in recreational vehicle shows
