§ 9-32-11-17 — Sale and delivery of motor vehicle through Internet
(a)A dealer who sells a motor vehicle
through the use of the Internet or another computer network shall
deliver the motor vehicle to the customer, or the customer's
representative, at the dealer's licensed location in Indiana.
(b)A dealer may deliver a motor vehicle to a location other than the
dealer's licensed location in Indiana if the delivery is:
(1)requested by a customer in writing; and
(2)commenced from the dealer's licensed location in Indiana.
