§ 9-32-10-5 — Officers
The secretary shall serve as chairperson of the
advisory board. The advisory board shall elect a vice chairperson and
secretary from the appointed members during the first meeting of each
year. The vice chairperson and secretary serve until their successors are
appointed and qualified and may be removed for good cause.
